Where do the grapes for our wines grow?
In Italy, of course - in South Tyrol!
Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, all wine-growing regions in Italy have special characteristics and a unique character. South Tyrol is no exception, despite being one of the smallest wine regions in Italy. Our homeland is particularly known for its three autochthonous grape varieties: Gewürztraminer, Lagrein and Vernatsch – beloved not only by wine connoisseurs and jetsetters, but by farmers and the guy next door alike.
